Counseling Center Appointments
The Center for Disease Control has strongly recommended social distancing for the physical safety of the U.S. population, therefore the majority of our counseling appointments are being conducted virtually through Zoom.
Anyone who visits the Counseling Center will be required to wear a mask and obey social distancing requirements.
To schedule a Zoom tele-mental health session or for additional questions, please contact our office at 417-836-5116 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
For students who do not have access to a computer or smart phone to utilize Zoom, we are providing telephone counseling and/or face-to-face consultations.
If you are requesting an initial appointment, please contact us at 417-836-5116 or email@example.com and request referral assistance.

Ongoing Changes to Processes and Policies
Because the COVID-19 situation across the US is a fluid, changing one, we also anticipate there will be updates and changes to the MSU Counseling Center processes and policies as needed to continue to create the safest possible conditions for students and employees. Therefore, please check your email and our website frequently for potential updates. We will do our best to notify students in advance of any anticipated changes.
Thank you for your patience with us as we continue to navigate this rapidly changing, inconvenient and serious national pandemic. We look forward to returning to business as usual at the earliest opportunity.
